First I want to know the reason of your bootloop?
Do you have custom recovery?
Did you try factory reset?
Did you try to remove sdcard or external memory?
Now if you tried all you need to flash stockrom.

Remove your sd card and then factory reset.

Impossible you cant factory reset without sdcard also factory reset doesnt solve your problem because it only resrt the data of user
