For me i will Choose Singapore or Japan
because this country have the highest MBPS in the world

Add Port: 3128
Remove Port [/]
Proxy Type: Host

Real Proxy Type: HTTP
Real Proxy Server: 198.7.57.19:3128
Real Proxy Port: 80
then Save
Open data make sure your using the MGC setting or else this won't workTap More Setting
Connect through an HTTP Proxy: [/]
