L2TP/IPSec Freenet for Smart and GTM

rh4d IPsec VPN server is now ready for use!
Smart no load (Luzon Area Only)
GTM need to farm gswitch + surfalert trick (5 pesos)
How to use it?
1. Go to phone settings and look for the built in VPN.
2. Add new connection (tap the + sign)
3. Name : anything will do
4. VPN Type : L2TP/IPSec PSK
5. Server address : 45.76.155.151
6. IPSec pre-shared key : rh4d
7. Click Save
8. Tap it to connect
9. Put username : rh4d
10. Put password : rh4d
11. Save account information and hit connect.
12. Wait a few seconds until connected.
