OpenVpn handler?

Hi, do anyone have openvpn connect with handler or know how I can make it, as all psiphon servers are away from my location and I get very slow speed and constant disconnects...? I want to be able to import public or private local openvpn server settings to it so I can have free internet (redirecting traffic through local free data access site with handler) with decent speeds and no disconnects...

You dont need handler all you need ovpn file nd the magic,ip

Can someone help me make the right ovpn file for my provider? I have a single site that has free site and can find local servers and proxies. I have tried once but it was not connecting...

I do use psiphon right now, although its pretty slow, takes forever to connect and disconnects after some minutes... This is because psiphon servers are far away from my location. That's why I am looking for an openvpn so I can use local servers...
