Siphon Handler v1 and v2 working on TM/GLOBE Users
Use the Default APN ( internet.globe.com.ph )

Procedures:
Open the ProNET App
Go to "More Options"
Select "Connect trough HTTP Proxy"
Select "Use the following Settings"
Host Address: h.fb.me
Port: 80
Then connect...
