Businesses can advertise on Snapchat through its ads manager, where they can create different types of ads and target them to different users.

Twitter- 26-40 y/o

Hashtags are a way to categorize tweets, and cut through the massive amount of information being shared.
Businesses wanting to advertise on Twitter can do so through what's called promoted tweets.

Pinterest

The heart of Pinterest is adding content to boards, so a user can certainly “pin” a pin when they find it
Though text-based back-and-forth isn’t as common as Facebook or Twitter, you can indeed comment on a pin
Because of its integration with ecommerce, users are able to shop items they find in the pin.
Advertising is also available on Pinterest and similar to Twitter's promoted tweets, it's in the form of a pin that slides into user's home feed.
